πŸͺ‘ DIY Craft Table Build | Sewing Station | Perfect for Small Spaces! | Cricut Station With Storage from Amazon

πŸͺ‘ DIY Craft Table Build | Sewing Station | Perfect for Small Spaces! | Cricut Station With Storage from Amazon

If you’re like me, you know how important it is to have a dedicated craft space that works for both sewing and Cricut projects—without taking over the entire room! Today I’m excited to share my DIY Craft Table Build, a project that combines functionality, organization, and style, all in one.

Whether you’re short on space or just looking for a cleaner, more organized setup, this table is perfect for creating a multi-purpose station with plenty of storage.

✨ Why I Built This DIY Craft Table

I wanted something that would:

  • Work as a sewing station with enough room for my machine and tools.

  • Double as a Cricut station so I can quickly switch between projects.

  • Offer hidden storage solutions for paper, vinyl, thread, and supplies.

  • Fit nicely in my small craft room without clutter, that also doubles as a guest room with a Murphy bed.

πŸ› ️ Materials & Products I Used

To keep things budget-friendly (and easy to assemble), I sourced most of the items from Amazon. Here’s what I used:

  • Modular Crafting Table Base – perfect for building a crafting work station.

  • Storage Bins & Baskets – Add for organizing Cricut vinyl, scrapbook paper, and fabric inside the cabinet.  A small cubby is added for scissors and notions.

🧡 Building the Table Step-by-Step

  1. Assemble the Base – I started by putting together the modular base of the table.

  2. Secure the Tabletop – A sturdy tabletop was placed over the base to create a flat work surface.

  3. Add Storage Accessories –Optional:  Use hanging file holders, bins, and baskets for organized storage.

  4. Set Up Sewing & Cricut Stations – You could divide the table so one side works for sewing and the other for Cricut cutting.

πŸ’‘ Tips for Small Spaces

  • Use vertical storage like shelves or wall racks to keep tools off the table.

  • Add a folding side extension for extra workspace when you need it.

  • Keep a rolling cart nearby for supplies you use often but don’t want cluttering the desktop.

🌟 Final Thoughts

This DIY Craft Table Build has completely transformed my small sewing and crafting space. Now I have a dedicated sewing station or Cricut station, with everything organized and within reach. It’s the perfect solution if you’re working with limited room but want a functional, stylish setup.
