Create Fall Home Decor Projects From Dollar Tree | Easy DIY Craft Gift

Create Fall Home Decor Projects From Dollar Tree | Easy DIY Craft

Fall is the perfect time to get creative and add a touch of warmth to your home decor. In this simple and budget-friendly project, I’m sharing how I turned a few Dollar Tree items into an adorable fall-themed container that’s perfect for holding notes, candy, or even a candle.

I started with a small wooden box and an apple-themed wood jar—both found at Dollar Tree. Using hot gule, I attached the two pieces together to create a sturdy base combo. Once it dried, I painted the entire piece with red chalk paint to bring out those cozy fall vibes. The chalk paint gives it a rustic, farmhouse look that fits perfectly with the season.  Use a chalk marker to write on.

Chalk paint.  Use a chalk marker for phrases\designs.

You can personalize it even more by distressing the edges, adding a bow, or stenciling a fall phrase like “Harvest Wishes” or “Apple Cider Season.” It’s such a fun way to turn simple supplies into a beautiful, handmade decor piece for your home or as a thoughtful gift.

This little container has so many uses—place it on your entryway table with treats, fill it with notes of gratitude, or use it as a small candle holder for a soft fall glow. All it takes is a few supplies, a little creativity, and your love for DIY crafting to bring this project to life!
